Με μεγάλη χαρά σας προσκαλούμε σε ένα Ανοιξιάτικο Retreat, σε ένα τόπο μαγικό με τρεχούμενα νερά και καταρράκτες,
σχεδιασμένο ειδικά για γυναίκες που θέλουν να διευρυνουν την άγρια ομορφιά της δημιουργικής τους ενέργειας μέσα από το σώμα και την συνδεση με τα στοιχεία της Φύσης.

Χρησιμοποιώντας την Αναπνοή, την Φωνή και την Κίνηση θα δημιουργήσουμε έναν απέραντο χώρο ελευθερίας και αυθεντικής έκφρασης, αποχαιρετώντας με αγάπη τους όποιους περιορισμούς μας εμποδίζουν να αναγνωρίζουμε τα ταλέντα, τα χαρίσματα και τις γνώσεις που κατέχουμε και να τα μοιραζόμαστε ελεύθερα με όλους, χωρίς φόβο. Μέσω ενός μοναδικού συνδυασμού πρακτικών διεύρυνσης των αισθήσεων, ρυθμού, παλμού, ήχου, σωματικών και φωνητικών ασκήσεων θα σας δώσουμε τα εργαλεία ώστε να απελευθερώσετε τη δημιουργικότητά σας και να αγαπήσετε την αυθεντικότητα σας.

Παράλληλα θα συνδεθούμε με το στοιχειο της Φωτιάς, του Αερα, του Νερού και της Γής μαθαίνοντας πώς μπορούμε να αντλούμε απίστευτη ζωτική δύναμη από την Φύση και να ενσωματώνουμε αστείρευτη δοτικότητα και αγάπη προς τον εαυτό μας. Πεντανόστιμα βιολογικά σπιτικά γεύματα, πανέμορφα πετρόχτιστα δωμάτια, ανθισμένα λουλούδια, ζωάκια, λιμνούλα, ατμόλουτρο φυσικής δόμησης και μια ζεστή κοινότητα ανθρώπων θα φροντίσουν το σώμα και την ψυχή μας ενώ ο κύκλος μας θα τραγουδάει και θα χορεύει συντονισμένος με τους ρυθμούς της Άνοιξης.

Happiness Retreat with Apostolia Papadamaki and Maria Papageorgiou
Join our Spring gathering designed especially for Women, amidst lush green nature and waterfalls, to enter a space of true freedom and creativity, allowing the Spirit to breathe, dance and sing playfully through you!

We will share with you abundant tools on how to be free from your negative self -censorship
(or judgments in other words!) Together we will peel off our conditioning and celebrate our authenticity
working with our body as a portal to true belonging. Through a unique blend of movement, breath, rhythm, pulse, sentient motion, sound, and voice practices,you will be empowered to unleash your creativity, love to be seen and express yourself in front of others (If it sounds challenging, you have a good reason to come!)

And of course, you will nourish your body with organic homemade meals and your heart with fire ritual, steam bath, spring flowers, being held by a loving community.
