Yoga & Music Retreat – Spring Reboot

Σας προσκαλούμε στην ανοιξιάτικη εκδρομή της Neda Yoga Shala στην Πελοπόννησο, όπου με πολλή χαρά θα σμίξουμε την πρακτική της yoga με τη μουσική. Η εκδρομή θα λάβει τόπο στο υπέροχο Re-Green, ένα μαγικό οικοπολιτιστικό κέντρο στην Αχαΐα, αφιερωμένο στην αρμονική συνύπαρξη με τη φύση. Είναι η πρώτη φορά που επιστρέφουμε στο ίδιο μέρος για retreat, και αυτό, γιατί στην τελευταία εκδρομή το Re-Green μας άγγιξε βαθιά και θεωρούμε ότι αποτελεί το ιδανικό μέρος για να φιλοξενήσει αυτό το εσωτερικό μας ταξίδι.

Η εκδρομή θα ξεκινήσει την Πέμπτη 2 Απριλίου και θα ολοκληρωθεί την Κυριακή 5 Απριλίου.

Την πρακτική θα καθοδηγεί η Αναστασία Μπιλίρη. Μαζί μας θα έχουμε για ακόμα μία φορά τον εκπληκτικό μουσικό Γλαύκο Σμαριανάκη ο οποίος θα συνοδέψει τα μαθήματα με το βιολί, τη λαύτα και την υπέροχη φωνή του, και θα μας ταξιδέψει μέσα από ένα συνεχή αυτοσχεδιασμό σε μελωδίες δυτικών και ανατολικών παραδόσεων. Το σεμινάριο θα περιλαμβάνει αρκετές ώρες μαθημάτων με την απαραίτητη εννοείται ξεκούραση. Δυναμικές αλλά και ήπιες/yin asanas, πρακτικές αναπνοών, απαγγελία μάντρας, κίρταν, αφωνία, διαλογισμοί και yoga nidra. Όλα αυτά θα είναι τα εργαλεία μας σε ένα τριήμερο εσωτερικό ταξίδι, όπου εκμεταλλευόμαστε την εσωστρέφεια που εμπνέει ο ο γαλήνιος αυτός τόπος για να ησυχάσουμε και με ταπεινότητα, αγνότητα και ενθουσιασμό να προσεγγίσουμε τον Εαυτό μας. Το γεύματα στην κουζίνα του Re-green είναι όλα βιολογικά, τοπικά και εποχιακά και προέρχονται κυρίως από τον κήπο του κτήματος ή από ντόπιες βιολογικές πηγές και παραγωγούς.

Ελάτε να μοιραστούμε αυτό το ξεχωριστό 3ημερο! Η μουσική και η γιόγκα έχουν ίσως τον ίδιο σκοπό. Να δημιουργήσουν μία ισχυρή αλλαγή στην ψυχική κατάσταση του ανθρώπου. Να μετασχηματίσουν και να ανυψώσουν. Κάτι μαγικό συμβαίνει όταν, με λεπτότητα και ευαισθησία, αυτά τα δυο έρχονται κοντά. Είναι ευπρόσδεκτοι μαθητές όλων των επιπέδων. Κάποιες πρακτικές θα είναι πιο δυναμικές, αλλά πάντα με έμφαση στον σεβασμό που πρέπει να δίνει ο κάθε ένας στους περιορισμούς και τους τυχόν τραυματισμούς του. Η συμμετοχή στα μαθήματα είναι προαιρετική.

Δεν περιλαμβάνονται μεταφορικά έξοδα. Η μετακίνηση θα γίνει με αυτοκίνητα τα οποία θα μοιραστούμε. Το κτήμα βρίσκεται σε απόσταση 2 ωρών με το αυτοκίνητο από την Αθήνα.

Υπάρχει η δυνατότητα άφιξης την Παρασκευή για όσους δουλεύουν, αν και θα είναι πολύ πιο ολοκληρωμένη η εμπειρία να καταφέρετε να παρακολουθήσετε όλο το σεμινάριο.

Amit Carmeli

Musician, Vocal Artist, Music & Sound Healer.
Born in 1970, Israel.

‫”‬Since the day I started hearing music,I have realized, that the human voice is the ultimate instrument for the boundless expression of Music and Life; nevertheless, I have spent 20 years of playing, producing and arranging music without ever opening my mouth.

The simple wish for singing was life-transforming, for it revealed the true power of life’s creative energy. In my work I call this energy “Wild Root” and the teaching technique I have named ”Wild Roots Meditation”.

3 years of self exploration at the Carmel Mountains in the north of Israel, have made me realize and understand Life as Music and Music as Life.
Ever since, it has been 15 years of sessions and group workshops with people of all ages, exposing and empowering the vital creative force in each and every one of us.

Breathing music together with awareness and pure intention of goodness is a life-transforming process, teaching us about our nature and our longing for uniqueness and unity, harmony and wildness.”

Amit is a well known artist & music-producer in Israel, having played and performed with many of Israel’s top musicians over the past 20 years, including artist such as: The Fools of Prophecy (Shotei Hanevuah), Idan Raichel Project, Raichel-Farka tour, Berry Sacharov & Mosh Ben-Ari.
